Pool Update

The pool fence is currently being repaired. Once this work is complete, we will immediately request a compliance inspection and apply for a compliance certificate. We cannot open the pool before this certificate is issued.

A serviceman is here to fix the chemical balance and educate Petar on how to maintain the system and clean the new equipment room filter. The pool will take a day or two change back from green to blue.

Heritage Tree Removal Outside Apartment 40

Boroondara Council have rejected our application for a permit to remove this tree. They have stated their willingness to offer a permit for pruning only. We will soon decide whether to appeal this decision or reapply for a prune only permit.

Charity Bin Room

Please note that this facility has been closed on a permanent basis.

Fish Pond

The work on the pond is complete. We have installed a new ultra violet light (to limit algae growth) more aquatic plants, and a fountain to provide movement and aeration of the water.

Gym and Other Facility Use

Please note that we are unable to restrict gym and other facility use according to vaccination status. Vaccinated and unvaccinated residents will have access to these facilities at all times.

Sprinkler System Reactivated for Summer

We have reactivated the sprinkler watering system for summer. Please report any malfunctions to Petar.
